1. Program Description

Program name: DriverOpenDoor Driver Feedback Program

DriverOpenDoor is a fleet driver retention platform. On behalf of fleet management companies (your employer), DriverOpenDoor sends weekly anonymous SMS surveys to commercial truck drivers. The purpose of the program is to collect confidential driver feedback so that employers can identify and address issues affecting driver satisfaction and retention.

Drivers receive a unique, anonymous SMS link each week. Clicking the link opens a short feedback form where drivers rate their week and optionally leave a comment. All responses are anonymous by default.

2. Message Frequency & Rates

  • Message frequency: Approximately 1 SMS message per week per enrolled driver
  • Message & data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
  • Occasional additional messages may be sent by fleet administrators (e.g., company announcements)

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of all DriverOpenDoor SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent to your number. Your opt-out request will be recorded immediately and respected.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any DriverOpenDoor number.

4. How to Get Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any DriverOpenDoor SMS message, or contact us directly:

5. Driver Consent & Enrollment

Drivers are enrolled in this program by their employer as part of their employment relationship. Fleet administrators must agree to DriverOpenDoor's Terms of Service during account setup, which includes a TCPA compliance acknowledgment confirming they have authorization to contact enrolled drivers via SMS for employment-related communications.

6. Fleet Administrator Terms

Fleet companies and their administrators agree to:

  • Only enroll drivers who are current employees or contractors with whom they have an established business relationship
  • Comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
  • Not use the platform to send spam, harassment, or any content unrelated to driver employment
  • Promptly honor any driver opt-out requests they become aware of

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use DriverOpenDoor to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to individuals without an employment relationship
  • Collect or store driver personal data beyond what is needed for the feedback program
  • Discriminate against, retaliate against, or take adverse employment action against drivers based on their feedback responses

8. Limitation of Liability

DriverOpenDoor is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the fleet company in the three months preceding any claim.
